We couldn’t recommend Gold Coast Events and Party Hire more highly! After doing plenty of research, they offered the best price and the best terms and conditions. We even found marquee hire companies located hours closer to our venue, but somehow Gold Coast Events and Party Hire still offered a cheaper delivery fee! This was especially important for us as we were only hiring a marquee as a wet-weather backup plan rather than something we definitely intended to use.

Their communication throughout the entire process was prompt, clear and professional, and everyone we dealt with was genuinely lovely. Thankfully, the weather forecast leading up to our wedding was looking perfect, so we decided to cancel our hire. They made the cancellation process so easy and stress-free, and our refund was back in our account within 24 hours!

It was such a refreshing experience dealing with a business that was so understanding, accommodating and lovely from start to finish. They even asked us to send through a wedding photo, which was such a sweet touch!

If you’re planning a wedding on the Gold Coast or even within a few hours’ drive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Gold Coast party hire and events are you one stop shop and go to for any celebration. I used their service to create a magical space for my 40th birthday party. We hired the double Tee Pee and furniture and flooring and it made the whole event stunning. The team are really easy to deal with. They set everything up and pack it all away and it was such a great ease of mind of mine. If in the event we had poor weather I knew that our celebration would be totally okay regardless. Hired a Teepee and furniture for my wedding and loved everything!!! The Teepee was awesome and way bigger than I thought. The furniture which included a lounge set was a fan fav. Super easy to deal with as I added more items throughout the planning and they were able to cater for all of it. Would 100% recommend and will be using again for future events. I hired a toilet block from Gold Coast Events & Party Hire. They were well priced, easy & professional to deal with. They delivered and picked up the toilets in a timely manner. The hired Marquee, Barrels, Stools and Bar tables were absolutely fantastic. All of my guests were blown away with the setup. The staff assembling and disassembling were really good to work with also. Overall I am very satisfied with the entire process.

We recently used Gold Coast Events & Party Hire for the first time and we're glad we contacted them. They made everything sound so easy and they made sure we felt like we were being looked after right from the initial phone call. The booking process was simple, they turned up at our preferred time, were fun and friendly and collected everything at our preferred time. Everything was fantastic but the esky they provided was much better than we expected. It was big and with the amount of times it was opened and closed during the day along with being in the sun all day our drinks were cold all day.

We were in the biggest spot of bother when our marquee provider pulled out the day before our champagne breakfast fundraiser for 60 people. A friend recommended we contact Gold Coast Events & Party Hire. We called Steve just after midday and he had what we needed and wanted to help but already had prior commitments until 7pm that evening and they'd already been working since 6am. But Steve got back to their warehouse after 7pm, unloaded the truck and reloaded and just after 10pm rolled up at our place ready to go. So under some big floodlights the marquee was set up and against all odds our fundraiser was a roaring success. We've never seen such commitment to customers. Definitely our first choice now and should be yours too.
